We strongly believe that our content knowledge is the main ingredient that will help our students learn, behave and be happy in the classroom.
However, its not all about content. Good teaching is also about knowing your student and keeping in mind student centric differentiated learning and being truly considerate, helping them rationalise their learning and behaviour; and praising these attributes generously.
We establish clear expectations and also negotiate with our students to ensure that goal achievement was not a chore but an accomplishment.
We actively engage with parents face to face, over emails and over the telephone to enrich our understanding of our role in students' learnings.
